Allowing Love Morning Meditation

An invitation to join me on Sunday 23rd February 09.30-11.00, to slow down, open the heart, and get the support of meditating with others!

❤️ We will begin by breathing and letting go into the present moment, tune into loving kindness by practising a ‘metta’ meditation and feel into the energy of loving support all around us with a mindfulness exercise.

🧘‍♀️This is an event open to beginners and those who already have an experience of meditative practice.
