Greet the morning with stretches and postures to awaken your body and mind.
After a long and busy work week, we all looked forward to a good weekend to rest and refresh. We like to invite you to join us for an energizing 75 minutes Hatha Flow session, while being surrounded by plants and nature.
This session is suitable for beginners, intermediate or regular practitioners of Hatha Yoga.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER SO THAT WE CAN MANAGE THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES. ONLY PARTICIPANTS REGISTERED IN THE LINK ABOVE WILL BE ADMITTED.
A token fees of S$10 will be charged for each session.
Detailed directions and information will be sent via a reminder email all who have registered on Friday afternoon. Please do look out for it in your inbox or spam mail box.
We will meet at actual practice venue in Fort Canning Park, Fort Canning Green at 7.50am and begin the session at 8.00am. Do come dressed comfortably. Bring your own mat, water bottle, insect repellent and a smile.

What should we bring?
Do come dress comfortably for stretching exercises, bring along your yoga mat and full water bottle. If you are concern about mosquitoes or insects, please bring along some insect repellant as well.
Is this session suitable for all?
This is an intermediate level yoga session, we strongly advise that you should seek medical advise from your doctor if you have undergone recent medical procedures and / or suffering from chronic medical condition before participating in this session. We will not be liable for any injuries or worsening of your condition. If you are not sure, we suggest that you should avoid this session until your medical condition has improved.
Is this session free?
No, we will be charging a token fee of S$10 for each session, which will go towards defraying the costs of venue booking fees and admnistration fees of this platform.
