One of the greatest obstacles towards attaining peace and contentment is fear and anxiety. Attend this webinar to learn how meditation enables us to focus our attention towards the many gifts and blessings we have received, and helps us to develop a positive attitude that not only brings peace and fulfillment to our own lives, but at the same time improves our meditation practice.
