Mindfulness is the key to a happy life. Negative thoughts and past traumas can weigh us down with stress, anxiety, sadness, and suffering. But by focusing on the present moment, you can break free from their grip. Our Day-Long Retreat offers valuable guidance on cultivating mindfulness and practical tips to release limiting beliefs, overcome depression, and transform your life.

Time Table

  • 9:00 - 9:30 introduction.
  • 9:30-10:00 loving kindenes meditation.
  • 10:00-10:15 Short break with Snacks
  • 10:15-11:00 Breathing meditation
  • 11:00-12:00 Lunch Break.
  • 12:00-12:30 Q&A Session
  • 12:30-01:15- Walking meditation
  • 1:45-02:00- Snak break
  • 2:00-02:45 Vipassana meditation and waling meditation, The day-long retreat will conclude at 2:45-3:00 pm, featuring a merits sharing session, where participants can reflect on their experiences and insights gained, and mark the completion of the program
