Explore simple concepts and exercises in addition to Heartfulness Meditation that help improve your cognitive reserve. Cognitive reserve is the ability of the brain to maintain or regain youthfulness and agility in cognitive functions.

We will spend 10-15 minutes on practical and fun exercises followed by relaxation and a silent meditation on the heart. This form of meditation is done in an upright sitting position. A calm mind is a powerful mind.
