Join me developing a meditation habit through shifting our focus on our breath and body in silence and be an observer for 20 min.

I will turn on Zoom 5 min before the event. 7.05pm Prompt start. Bring a candle (or two) to light and create an atmosphere.

Schedule:
-5 min body scan
-15 min meditation in silence
- 5 min conversation about the meditation (optional)

(This is not a workshop or a class. I am not a teacher but I can lead the 5 min body scan.
