What we’re about
Come to an evening of a wonderful sound journey where you travel through your own inner landscape. The performance will take place in a spacious mosque that will allow the sounds to echo and vibrate through your body.
It is a performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to totally relax, de-stress and heal mentally & physically. This is a way to properly wind down from the pressures of modern life.
Mark & Paul Cummings are experienced Gong performers who work together to bring you an exquisite sonorous experience. The virtue of two people playing the gongs at the same time creates binaural rhythms. Meaning you will hear sounds that don't normally exist if only one gong is played alone. This deepens the journey and extends your consciousness that much further. They also offer a healing practice where the audience learns about the relationship between mind and body as well as how to avoid diseases and promote wellbeing. You will connect with your heart and learn about universal principles that govern the entire universe. You will be able put some of these lessons into practical use in your own life.
