This is a really lovely walk starting & ending at the BTO Thetford we’ll be Walking ￼around the beautiful nunnery lakes then along the river & onto The Priory before making our way back to the bto

If anyone would like to join us for lunch we’ll be walking into town & having lunch at Mama D’s which is a lovely cafe which serves yummy homemade food

Please bring a change of footwear If you intended joining us for lunch

Sorry but Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the café

Please wear suitable footwear as there are some nasty tree roots in places

Dogs are welcome on this walk if kept on a short lead and kept to the rear of the group at all times

There are toilets available at the beginning of walk and also at the end
 A £1 donation towards the cost of the Meetup app would be greatly appreciated. Thank you The group is run by volunteers who work very hard ( for free )to put events on for members as a courtesy to them ,Please can you only sign up for an event if you are sure you will be able to attend. Also if you do have to take your name off an event, especially if it is a last-minute thing.
