This Saturday, the New Haven Country Dancers will hold their monthly English Country Dance. Graceful, flowing, pleasurable light exercise, done to gorgeous live music. Most dances are done in large groups, so you connect with many people besides your partner.
No experience necessary, all dances are taught by an experienced caller. Come with or without a partner, either way friendly people will be happy to dance with you, and we change partners with every dance anyway.
And if you want to pretend that you are in a scene from a Jane Austen movie, that’s fine, but this is tremendous fun whether you do or not!
