Free Online Meditation - Guided Merkaba Meditation

This esoteric meditation practice is a guide into the higher dimensions within yourself. The Mer-ka-ba is a vehicle for ascension into these higher realms through the heart, body, mind and spirit. There are different ways to activate the Mer-ka-ba field through the mind and feeling world, the key is to be in the heart.

This practice is based on the work of Drunvalo Melchizedek who technically describes the Mer-Ka-Ba an electro-magnetic field sitting at about four degrees Kelvin, found primarily within the microwave range - at least in the third dimension - that is entirely geometric in nature. Specifically, the geometry used is called ''Sacred Geometry,'' as this particular geometry is found in the creation patterns of all things in Creation.
