In their reality show In the Soop, RM, and later SUGA and j-hope, were seen reading this book. Almond follows the story of a boy, Yunjae, with a condition called Alexithymia, which makes it difficult for him to experience emotions like fear and anger. It focuses on the bond and contrast between him and another boy Gon who, unlike him, feels too much.

This will be a remote event. Link will be provided closer to date. Please finish reading the book by this date so we can have a fun discussion 😉

Let's support our BTS leader and his new film, "RM: Right People, Wrong Place". It's way more fun watching in a group together. Details below.

When: Friday, December 6th, 7pm showing
Where: Regal UA Denver Pavilions (500 16th St Mall, Denver)
Seats: Get your seats around the center E row

How to purchase? Go to rmrpwp.com and put in "Denver, CO" as your location, select Dec 6 as your date and the 7pm showing at Regal UA Denver Pavilions. Remember to select row E near the middle.

Let's meet, say around 6.30-6.40ish at the movie theater lobby? That way, we'll have enough time to buy popcorn and drinks, go to the restroom etc. Can't wait to show up for Namjoon with you all!

p/s: The movie theater will validate parking (free up to 4 hours with a movie ticket) if you park at the Pavilions underground garage. Info here.

Clubhouse at Kari's Apartment Complex, Englewood, CO
Please join us for a fun afternoon where we’ll take notes from Run BTS episode 29 and style each other for a hilarious fashion show!

The twist - please bring items you would like to donate to charity! You’ll use these items to dress your peers and come up with some funky outfits. Jackets, shoes, blouses, pants, skirts, jewelry; anything is fair game. This is a great opportunity to clean out your closet and do some good this holiday season.

Please also bring some basics (leggings, undershirts, t-shirts, etc.) to supplement your outfits (you won’t donate these) if needed, since we want this to be a size-inclusive event and want everyone to be able to participate!

This event will also be potluck style and BYOB. We’ll have appetizers and snacks but the more the merrier.

Kari and Amy will bring all donations from the event to The Gathering Place, a nonprofit organization that provides trauma-informed care to women, gender-diverse people, and children facing homelessness in the Denver area.

If you would like to join but don't have clothing/items to donate, just let one of us know.
