*About the Class*

Hello community! This is a 1 hour group movement session. I will guide us through a flow of various foundational movements which encompass decompression, groundwork, standing work, and traveling work.

Primal Movement integrates various approaches, including Foundation Training, Postural Restoration Institute Techniques, Egoscue Method, Weck Method, and GOATA to name a few. I am also a Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist, and often include specific movements from this approach. There are countless ways to move and support our bodies; in these classes, we will most importantly move and breathe with intention. We will revisit our most primal, developmental movements, the building blocks we learned as children. This helps to strengthen our posterior chain, which we need for climbing mountains!
