The Brampton Ignite - Networking Group is an exclusive networking group led by the Brampton Entrepreneur Centre. The session bolsters the City’s commitment to developing our local entrepreneurial community by providing small business owners the opportunity to hear stories of passion, drive, and resilience of local Brampton business owners. The session will also allow the community to come together and build meaningful bonds and relationships amongst other entrepreneurs in the room. This tale is of two friends (Kevin and Trevor), who are as close as brothers. Eagar to leave their 9 to 5 jobs and explore something more creative and meaningful, the two friends embarked on an exciting journey that would transform their life. Ignited by the passion and fire they have for climbing mountains, the two friends set out to open Brampton’s very first rock climbing gym. By March 2017, their dreams became a reality, and the idea of owning their own business became very real. The sport of rock climbing is no ordinary sport, for many it’s a challenging obstacle that tests your strength endurance and perseverance. For Kevin and Trevor, rock climbing is a way of life and a way to bring the community together. Come learn about how these two friends with a passion for a single sport, led them down the path of uncertainty and success.
