Running these two canyons together takes about 6.5 hours if we keep a constant pace and everyone contributes to the setup and clearing of each rappel.
It requires climbing up twice to connect the two canyons. The first climb is about 600 feet and the second climb is about 500 feet. After that, there is still another 900 feet on the exit, adding up to 2000 feet of elevation gain and an overall distance of 5.25 miles. The longest rappel is about 180 feet.
This event is not for beginners. You must have all your own equipment. We will need HCVs to get to the trailhead. The group will be a small size...and depends on HCVs.

You will be asked questions when you respond. Please answer all of them. If you are automatically on the hike, then you will not see the questions. The questions are the same as you have previously acknowledged: 1) Did you read the description and disclaimer? 2) Are you aware that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being while attending these events? 3) Do you have an HCV and if so how many can you take?
