Be Gay Do Crime; A Story Telling Night

Scott will be reading from their novel in progress, Tricks of the Trade. It’s about Fawn, a queer autistic college student who gets a job as a bartender to learn social skills, and Don, the elder gay co-worker and career con artist who adopts her as a mentee and teaches her social engineering and manipulation. Together, they become a chosen family father-daughter crime team, running short cons together in their restaurant and learning the true meaning of solidarity and survival -- until Fawn realizes that she might be an unwitting player in Don’s latest scam.
