What we’re about

Nordic Walking group for all ages. Starting on Sundays mornings at 9:30. Meet at Ourisman Honda and walk on Capital Crescent Trail, about 4-5 mile walk or whatever the group decides. Great exercise and nice way to meet your neighbors. Please respond to let me know if you are interested. Elle Heard
