Walking Tour of the Hunter Wetlands Centre
Details
Join me for a walking tour of the Hunter Wetlands Centre guided by one of the dedicated community volunteers helping to restore and protect the 45ha wetlands environment. Easy graded paths, shaded seating areas and interesting bird watching. Learn about the care of endangered birds and reptiles and their wetland habitat. Then relax for a coffee or snack and a chat on The Café veranda with a birds-eye view of the waterways.
This is a family friendly event. The centre building and many of the paths are wheelchair accessible. Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are welcome. No pets please.
