Sound bath and guided meditation

Join Tamara Messner and Alishia Alibhai in person on December 10th for a sound bath with meditation and essential oils. Our focus will be on letting go and releasing what you no longer need - a perfect theme as we near the end of the year!
What to Expect: Experience a gentle guided meditation along with a beautiful sound bath. We’ll have essential oils diffusing in the room (you can also apply a drop topically if you wish to deepen your experience). During the guided meditation, you will be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, or tuning forks. This experience is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, help you release what you no longer need and enhance a sense of well-being by creating a deeply calming and restorative atmosphere.
You can either sit on the floor, on a chair or lay down.
What to Bring: Yoga mat (if you wish to sit on the floor or lay down), blanket, pillow, eye mask, water and journal. You can also bring items you’d like to place on the altar to charge energetically.
