Walking the Path of Continuous Improvement
In Walking the path of continuous improvement, we will explore why continuous improvement is often difficult and some of the common pitfalls. We will briefly look at some history, the separation of software development and delivery, and how we can be more intentional in what we’re trying to improve.
This session will be in two halves. In the first, Shane will share experiences, current thinking, and approach. In the second, everyone will get the opportunity to huddle into small groups and try out a simple process themselves.
