Christmas Party - Guildford

This is our annual Christmas party - this time, it will take place at Holiday Inn Guildford, Egerton Road, Guildford, GU2 7XZ

Table 1 paid the deposit and the place is secured , table 2 for 2 members are also secured -

If you are still interested in joining this event that please pay the deposit (non refundable when the provider confirms that it is secured) and please give me your food choice and inform me any food allergies. Hopefully we can secure you a place - will be confirmed at the beginning of October

-Half a bottle of house wine per person (- I hope that this is correct :)

Payment details which includes the meetup fee

From last year, we notice that events are filled up fast - if you are interested - please pay deposit of £13 (which is not refundable) by 28th August. Initially, I LL collect the money until 1st August. Then I LL contact the provider to pay the deposit. When the payment is made to the provider, from then the deposit is not refundable

Then you will ask for another payment of £42 by 15th October (non refundable)
