My goal is to create a safe place for expecting moms, new moms, moms of toddlers/teenagers who would like to start their fitness journey or continue it! 😊

I am expecting my first baby end of March 2025 and I’m hoping this group will encourage me to stay active throughout my pregnancy.

We’ll be having biweekly events that will vary between walks/short runs, hikes, or short workouts.
