This November over the Remembrance period, see this poignant and moving sound and light show, Poppy Fields at the Tower of London.

Historic Royal Palaces have partnered with [Luxmuralis](https://projectionartgallery.com/) to present an incredible display that will take visitors on a journey through specially created sound and light projections.

The projections will feature artwork reflecting on the [First and Second World Wars](https://www.hrp.org.uk/tower-of-london/history-and-stories/the-tower-at-war/) that will transform the architecture of the iconic Tower buildings. You'll also experience special after-hours access to see the Crown Jewels, without the usual crowds.

This unique show will create space for visitors to remember those who lost their lives in the conflicts, as well as those who served. It will also look forward, exploring the collective desire for peace.

Exclusively at the Tower of London, the show has been adapted to include images from Historic Royal Palaces’ own collections, creating a unique artwork that reflects the historic site.

Running for only nine nights in November, don't miss your chance to commemorate the lives lost in the wars in this stirring and evocative sound and light show.

Tickets include admission to the self-led light and sound experience and access to the Crown Jewels via the Treasury.

It is anticipated our visit will last roughly 70 minutes.

Please be aware that this is ofcourse not a free event. We do not use the payment system set up in Meetup but the costs are included below. We will contact people who RSVP in due course for payment into the usual account.

As usual the plus one applies to those who signed up with that option. However in the event appropriate numbers are not reached organisers reserve the right to offer extra spots to any member and if necessary non Encore members.

I have now confirmed all 20 tickets at £18 each but still have three spots available. This is a little saving on the full price of £19.50. But the main thing is I already have the tickets and I expect the demand is going to be very high as this is such an unusual experience. Please make payment to the usual account.

This is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Please note, the sound and light experience will go ahead in the event of bad weather, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
