New membership requests will be declined. I will not be approving any new member requests. Once the subscription ends in January 2025, I will be closing this group after 7 years.
Organizers of a Meetup Group pay Meetup a subscription fee twice a year to maintain their group. The new cost is $179.00 every 6 months = $358.00 annually.
This is a cost I know longer wish to absorb to continue to keep this Group active.

You are required to upload a current picture of yourself with your profile. If you do not have a current profile picture of yourself, you will be declined to join.
Please note if you RSVP for a trip or get together and your plans change please update your RSVP. Also, if you RSVP for a trip please read all details on the trip and follow the instructions to get your deposit in.
If you RSVP for an event which require a deposit at the time of your RSVP and it not made within 24 hours, you RSVP will be changed to NOT GOING, you can always change it to Going once your deposit is made. This is to avoid members signing up for an event to hold their spot. All RSVPS need to be accurate so that other members know there is space for them and someone is not holding their spot without making their required deposit. Again, when you RSVP, please be sure you make your deposit as this is required for overnight trips to secure hotel rooms, pay transportation, along with purchasing tickets that may be required for certain events.
TERMS and AGREEMENT/DISCLAIMER: By being a member of this group you hereby agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from any and all group functions. You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold any of the group's leaders or representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly or as a consequence from a group activity. You also agree that your membership of this group is based on an "at will" basis.
All members agree to be respectful towards all members. Failure to do so, will be cause to be removed from the Group.
