Sound Healing Bath

The session includes multiple instruments.
Sound bath healing utilizes the vibrational sound frequencies that interact with the hairs in your ears. This is interpreted by your brain and alters your brain's waves inducing relaxation, healing, and the opportunity for spaciousness within.
Sound healing assists with tinnitus, anxiety, and depression, and healing your body on a cellular level physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
This is a beautiful space to air in stillness and just be. Often there is community sharing afterwards.
Space is limited so let us know you’re coming so we can set up enough chairs.
