No touch required! This event is not as long nor as intense as my normal cuddle events. We will be connecting authentically. We will be meeting for about 2 hours.

If you have never been to a cuddle event previously don’t hesitate to reach out and ask questions! This is the perfect event for newcomers and is actually a requirement/pre-requisite to attend some of my other events.

This (first cuddle event of the month) will be held on Saturday, October 12th @atithistudios at: 11 am! Doors open at 10 am Yay! $25 at the door! Pre-registration is required and saves you $10. A Cuddle Puddle is a guided experience where one can receive and give touch, feeling connected to themselves and one another. It is a place to relax and practice communication tools that are applicable in friendships, workplace environments, and relationships of every nature. ALL genders and orientations - individuals, groups, and couples - are welcome.
Touch is NEVER a requirement to participate.
At my event, you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease in blood pressure, and a better night's sleep.
This co created space provides opportunities to meet new friends, connect with partners in a soulful new way and be part of a warm safe huggable tribe. You are guaranteed to have a memorable and magical experience.
SCHEDULE
10:00 AM Registration begins. Note: doors close at 11 PM. No one will be admitted after 11:30 PM (You can text 412-368-2409 if you are running late and call if the doors are locked)
11:15 PM Opening Circle, relaxation activities & meditation, communication exercises, cuddle etiquette, voluntary cuddle lab
2:15 PM Closing circle / Fond Farewells
We will be going over and co-creating some community guidelines with the intention of empowering one another and keeping ourselves and one another safe.

Welcome to the place where art meets to articulate. Where potions compose poetry. Where music punks out of our heads and hearts to commune with others!
If you are seeking a place to enjoy the company of others while workshopping pieces of your soul, vulnerably sharing what you will... this is the place. Potions provided. (the provided liquids will be non toxic, non alcoholic, and non addicting.

We will be meeting at Atithi Studios, a mecca for musicians, muses, and artists alike!

Bring snacks and intentions and inspirations to share!

All are welcome! All experience levels are welcome! We will be co creating a collaborative and comfortable space. We will be celebrating all shares!

We will be exploring mindfulness creative energy through the lens of mindfulness and mental health.

A portion of our time will be setting the container, a portion will be for workshopping our art, and a portion will be silent.

We will be meeting at Poetry lounge in Millvale the following Tuesday to share our comedy, poetry, prose, or melodies!

This will be a quiet storm writers circle where one can be silent or loud where no shame can be found, where sample and examples will be shared... no bleeding heart will be spared!

Ticket price will be a donation of $10. Please pay what you can. We will be providing the space, the workshop ideas, the container, and the potions.
