Class Description: Mindful Movement Yoga class is for all levels, including newbies and experienced students wanting to come back to a simpler slower flow. (Cues are geared with beginners in mind.) In this 75-minute in-person class, you'll explore yoga poses and modifications for your body, discover proper alignment, learn breathing techniques, and engage in mindfulness practices that may help you find relaxation, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
This class emphasizes choice, empowerment, and self-awareness, allowing each participant to honor their body's unique needs. Through mindful movement and focused breathwork, students are encouraged to explore sensations in the body, and connect with their breath. Join us as we journey inward, cultivating resilience, and embracing holistic wellness. Class will include standing, lying down and sitting postures. (Chairs are provided at this studio location to enhance practice as needed.) Class is taught by a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher.

Studio is behind Blondie. Parking spaces are available behind building. Registration and payments are due before class.
Class cost: $20 Payments Options: Cash, Zelle ([email protected]), Venmo (@Yoga_With_Diana_Arora) or Credit Card through site. Cash and Zelle are preferred as I do not get charged fees. Please come to class on time. Doors will be closed 5 mins after start.
