Outside In

From your school days to present, have you always felt like you don't belong? Do you feel as if your interests simply don't coincide with the people around you. Is it frustrating when you use a line from movies that you find hilarious, but nobody gets?

I'm like that and I know there are others just like me. I want to create a club where all Monty Python loving, Star Trekkers, light saber wielders, classic book readers, cult classic movie loving, in the kitchen cooking from scratch, anything and everything that is outside of what the rest of joe and jane public considers as being "normal"

I myself love American history with a center on the Civil War going so far as to have been a Reenactor. I adore talking about theology and can quote Monty Python in the same conversation with modern politics. I enjoy 80's cartoons and have read all the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy novels.

In short, my circle of friends is pretty much non-existent. A friend of mine told me water attracts water, so I'm throwing in a stone to stir up that water. If you're interested in those people that are the misfits of a society, we want you. This is NOT a dating club, but if a relationship were to occur who am I to stand in the way.

So, if you're interested in good conversation where you just might feel like you fit in for the first time in your life, join us. Everyone deserves a circle of friends and a chance to feel like they belong.
