Over 20+ years, we have met many people who were interested in getting into the real estate investment business but didn't know where to start! Together with some of those dedicated individuals, we have created multiple LLCs and developed thriving real estate businesses with a total of 53+ properties that are either rented, rent-to-own, or already lease-optioned to potential home buyers. In addition to buying fixing and selling multiple houses per month, we have passionately mentored dozens of people assisting them in building real estate portfolios that are in the millions. We also employ several people in the local community to keep our office flowing, and to rehab the homes that we and the people we mentor purchase.
