Sunrise Yoga

This class is taught by Kandy Whitehead. I'm just the geek organizer. Kandy is an amazing instructor who teaches all levels. Beginners are encouraged to join us!! All ages and shapes attend -> don't be shy.

The class starts at 6am and the cost is only $5 and you will pay that to the Hollywood Rec Center.

I recommend you bring your own mat as the ones supplied at the center have been loved for many years.
