Dress up or dress down for this very popular, easy to learn form of partner dancing that blends Swing, Blues, Latin and Contemporary Pop music into an expressive, single style of dance.

The cost of the evening is £8. This includes all instruction, professional DJ, large dance floor, plenty of seating and a bar.

The sessions ALWAYS begin with 4 Beginner moves, followed by some free time (30 mins) to practice with more advanced dancers.

This is followed by 3 intermediate moves and more freestyle practice time (45 mins), again with more advanced dancers who will help you learn the moves

Couples are welcome, but don't worry if you haven't got a partner because the ethos of the dance is one of inclusivity, so more experienced dancers will give you plenty of gentle practice time.
