Welcome to our new Monthly Meeting! "Making Connections" is the name of this special gathering, where people come together to freely discuss anything on their minds and lend a supportive ear to one another. These meetings provide a much-needed space for individuals to share their stories, seek advice, and learn how to better support each other through life's ups and downs.

After all, we all have different needs and coping mechanisms when it comes to getting the care and validation we require. Some may find immense comfort simply in listening to others' experiences and realizing they are not alone. Others may need a judgment-free zone to openly express their thoughts, stresses, and struggles. No matter one's preference, this monthly meeting aims to foster a sense of community, empathy, and mutual understanding.

Our goal is to make it clear that this is a safe haven where people can be their authentic selves without fear of criticism or ridicule. Whether you're in the mood to talk, to listen, or just to be present, you are welcome here. This is your space to make the connections that will sustain and uplift you on your personal journey.
