Welcome to the Everything Real Estate All at Once Meetup! This group is for anyone with questions about real estate within the greater Seattle area. All our Meetups are virtual over Zoom, so it’s easy to tune in, have a conversation, and ask questions.
I’m David La France, and I’m a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington State. Together with my wife Nancy, we’ve been successfully investing in Real Estate for over 20 years in the greater Seattle area. I’m also a tech guy and have enjoyed a long career in the tech industry.
I initially got my real estate license so I could write up our own deals, and have access to all the stats, data and information to help us compete for properties, and more importantly having the MLS key so we could go see any property on the market without imposing on our Real Estate agent friends. I started out at Windermere, joined Redfin as a showing agent, and now I’m with Pointe3 Real Estate in Seattle. While our own investing interests got me into Real Estate, I soon realized just how much I loved sharing with people what I know and have learned.
We’ll be covering all kinds of things in our Meetups. From open question forums to specific Real Estate topics. If you have a topic you’re interested in diving into, drop me a message and we can add it into a future Meetup.
While I’m a licensed Broker, these Meetups are not sales events. If you’re currently working with a Broker, these Meetups are not a solicitation for that business, and in fact these aren’t solicitations at all. Don’t worry. No sales pitches. No sales talk. No “sales” anything. That’s not even why I got into this business. This group is just a chance to meet, talk, answer your questions, and share experiences.
