Elements and Energies

Our Tea & Tarot Salon is a causal and inviting event to explore and connect with yourself, other realms, and each other. Take a couple of hours to just be. Enjoy some of our house blended tea, discuss the big questions, and share in tarot and intuitive readings. You can even bring your own deck or use some of ours. Splash some paint on the community canvas. Hang out in a loving, expanding ,and healing space.

This is a free event, no purchase necessary. Donations are appreciated.

Elements & Energies is holding a monthly meditation circle the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 7pm. We are gathering in the salt room to enhance the experience and take advantage of the healing benefits that the salt provides. Each month you will be guided to connect with your body, mind, and of course your higher self. You will also get to experience sound baths,guided meditations, and simply re-attune your body.

Our meditation also now includes a labyrinth walk.

It is suggested to bring a chair or yoga mat, clean socks (since we will be in the salt room), comfy clothes, a blanket, and something to jot down anything that arises.
