First off, "super excited you've all signed up for this event and really looking forward to meeting you"!

1. Timing
   If you're able, come on by earlier (between 8pm-8:59pm 😉, band starts 9pm). Earlier will likely be a bit quieter and easier to chat / get to know one another.

2. Parking
   At rear of building off St Julien Street.
   Also either on St Julien Street (as it is residential) or Hamilton Road.

3. Meeting the Group
   ● I am gonna try to claim two big tables (somewhat near the stage) for us when I arrive around 7:45pm myself.
   ● I will place pink-colored paper on the tables so it's easy to find the group when you get inside.
   ● Feel free to text me through the MeetUp app when you arrive (if you feel more comfortable) so that way I can meet you at the entrance as you pay the $10 venue fee.
   ● Overall, I will still go outside from 9pm-9:15pm to try and find attendees if you're arriving around 'official band start time'. I will carry a pink piece of paper to identify myself!
   ● Please text me if you'll arrive later than 9:15pm.

Dancing Lesson is the first 30 minutes of the event.
