Just a fairly easy 3.6 to 4 mile walk from the Radyr Hydro, with a stop for drinks and maybe snacks at the Forest Cafe before heading back to our starting place.

The walk to the cafe is along concrete paths and pavements.

Depending how we all feel on the day, we may extend the walk, which would involve some trails in the woodlands that can be a good climb, and are also of the off road variety.

Any walks will be will be at the slowest pace, with time for recovery for any who need.

You are resposible for your own well being on the walk, and should have the correct attire and/or equipment as you require to complete the walk.

Dogs are most welcome, and they may even get sausage treats if they are good dogs.

Please note, you need to be of a able fitness to take part, with members' attendance being the guarantees that you are fit enough for the event.
