**At The Balti Cuisine, the owner and his knowledgeable staff designed a menu to reflect an ethos of creativity using traditional Indian recipes.**
**You will have an intimate and relaxed dining experience with a dedicated staff ensuring your time in our premises is memorable.**

**We focus on serving our guests with a classic rendition of the subcontinents most exclusive gastronomy – Vintage Bangladeshi Cuisine. The spices are carefully chosen, dried and grounded by our Chef, which gives our foods a unique flavour. When it comes to spice and flavour, our chefs craft all the spices with their expertise to exquisitely balance them so you can enjoy your meal.**

**In order to reserve your place a £5 deposit is required for this event, which will be either returned to you in full, or deducted from your bill final bill.**

The deposits will not be refunded if you fail to turn up, or if you cancel your attendance within 24 hours of the event, this is to allow other members to have adequate time to book on.
