Purpose:

  • Share what you practiced or going to practice from what your read; OR your reading goals, progress, struggle, tips, etc.
  • Focus on accountable and actionable items (less on theories in Psychology and Neuroscience, etc.)

Rules:

  1. Everyone has around the same amount of time to share
  2. The Presenters decide how to use the time (e.g. share ideas, actionable items, goals, progress, struggle, tips, asking questions, seeking feedback or advice, etc.)
  3. The Listener must not speak more than the presenter
  4. Everyone may have the chance to summarise the ideas and/or actionable items in the 2nd round

Rundown:
[14:30 - 14:35] Gather at G/F Lobby and Meetup
[14:35 - 14:45] Get the free Coffee/Tea and a Table for Seats at 25/F Clubhouse
[14:45 - 15:00] Introduction from the Host
[15:00 - 17:30] Sharing, Discussion, Summarise
[17:30 - 17:45] Walking to the Hotel Pier and dismiss

Group Donation/ Maintenance/ Access/ Admin Fee:
HKD 30 or above (based on the value you think you got; facilitation fee of HKD 20 for being late > 5 minutes; HKD 20 or above for those in the virtual community group)

    (To exchange ideas, with chat)
  2. Book Club WhatsApp Community
    (to get update on the ideas from each session, without chat)
  3. Unlimited free coffee/tea in a harbour view hotel clubhouse

Note:
The ideas shared would be posted in the WhatsApp Community. The host would selectively summarise the ideas and actionable items with his own view.
