Kundalini shaking and dancing meditation is a wonderful way to release and let go of stress. During Kundalini Meditation we will for 15 minutes each shake the body, dance, sit and lay down. This movement meditation is the perfect way to calm your nervous system, move any stuck energy and relax into a new way of being.

No prior experience needed.
