Happy Heart Yoga & Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation - Potluck & White Elephant

Experience Happy 💗 Yoga and Sound Bath for well being.

We're going to start out with an hour of yoga followed by crystal singing bowl meditation.

Crystal Singing Bowls or sound baths provide relaxation and can reduce anxiety, stress and depression.

Holiday Potluck:
After the event you can stay for a holiday potluck. Please bring a dish or drink to share. Note: Alcohol free event.

Art/Craft: TBD

Optional: White elephant 🐘
Bring something from home you don't need. Wrap it up and we'll do a fun swap of presents.

The Yoga: Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Bring your yoga mat and water. If you don't have a yoga mat, please let me know ahead of time. I have a few extra available.

Duration: 60 minutes

Meditation: Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow or anything that makes you comfortable during this experience.

Duration: ~ 30 minutes.

Attendance: PLEASE only sign up if you are 100% sure you can make it. If you're a no show, you may not be able to attend the monthly Happy Heart Yoga events. Please change your RSVP ahead of time or let me know if you cannot attend. Thanks for your understanding!

Finding Us: Free street parking or in the garage at Fulton street is an option. Enter from corner of Fulton St. and Dupage Ct. The event will be held in the Gallery at ArtSpace.
