Yoga with Ildikó

Elgin ArtSpace Lofts is located downtown Elgin.
Street parking is available or the parking garage is located on Fulton street, if there's no street parking. Use the entrance door on the corner of Dupage Court and Spring St. across from Al's Cafe.

The Yoga- Yoga for Wellbeing. Duration: 60 minutes. Bring your yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, please let me know ahead of time. I have a few extra available.

Things to have- Water, yoga mat, towel, (yoga block, yoga strap - not necessary but helpful)

Attendance: PLEASE only sign up if you are 100% sure you can make it. If you're a no show more than twice and haven't changed your RSVP or let me know ahead of time, you may not be able to attend future events in the group. Thank you for your understanding.

Finding Us: Front door might be locked at ArtSpace. Please text or call me if you can't get in. Yoga will be held in the Gallery at ArtSpace.
