Come learn about residential real estate investing in the greater Spokane/CDA area. Each meeting begins with introductions around the room so you can immediately meet people. Next is the Hot Seat where we crowdsource ideas and analyze deals for 1-2 attendees. On to the main event of the night - an expert guest speaker or two. And last but not least, plenty of networking time.

At the meeting, you'll meet newbies and seasoned experts and everyone in between. Plus you'll connect with lenders, contractors, wholesalers, flippers, buy-n-hold Investors, insurance agents, real estate agents, property managers, accountants, and many more people who can provide the services that you need to succeed.

There are no products, services, or training materials for sale at any of these meetings because these are simply free networking and learning events.
