On Cloud Wine Bar is the newest wine bar in the Milwaukee area. It is owned and operated by the same owner as Spirits of Norway Vineyard. They feature a full menu of food which can be viewed at oncloudwine.net as well as a nice selection of wine and a few craft beers.
