Hiking in the CVNP - New Boston Store - Towpath and Valley Bridle Trails

There is no better time of the year to go on a hike than the Fall when the weather is nice and cool.

Let's stay active this Fall with some fun hikes and social time!

Come hike from the New Boston Store Visitors Center on the Towpath and Valley Bridle Trails with us! This is a 3.7-mile hike.
The parking lot can fill up fast! Arrive early and find a spot in any of the near-by lots as necessary.

• From the New Boston Store Visitor Center, cross the new pedestrian bridge.
• Turn left on the Towpath.
• At about 1.6 miles, you will reach the Old Jaite Papermill. Valley Bridle Trail will be on your right. Turn right.
• Take Valley Bridle up to old Stanford Road.
• Turn right and take the old road back down to the connector trail located at the Stanford House. Turn right on the connector. 2.8 Mile mark.
• Turn left on the Towpath and back to the old Boston Store Visitor's Center, go across the bridge, and back to the New Visitor's Center

• Group will meet at 11:00 and will start hiking shortly thereafter.
• All hikes are dog friendly and must be on a leash.
• All hikes are dependent on the weather. Please check for updates in the morning before the hike.
