Hiking in the CVNP - Towpath Trail - Sunday Hike

Take a break from your holiday shopping and go for a nice walk on the Towpath.

Let's stay active during the holidays with some fun hikes and social time!

Come hike one of the best sections of the Towpath with us! This is a 4.7-mile hike.

• From Lock 29 parking area (or the closest area to park near it that is open) head north on the Towpath Trail (turn right)
• Walk to the Old Boston Store Visitors Center and now a Trail Mix Store. Get a snack and head back to Lock 29.
• While this is an easy route to navigate, it is one with great history and views. We always enjoy this out and back.

• Group will meet at 11:00 and will start hiking shortly thereafter.
• All hikes are dog friendly and must be on a leash.
• All hikes are dependent on the weather. Please check for updates in the morning before the hike.
