Join us for an escape with our Somatic Calm class. Designed to help you relax from head to toe, this session combines gentle stretching, calming meditation, and a peaceful tea ceremony to leave you feeling refreshed and stress-free. Please message for Venmo or Zelle info to pay.

Class Outline:
Deep Restorative Stretching: We begin with some deep, restorative stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. These gentle movements will help your muscles relax and set the stage for total calm.

Energy Meditation: With your body now relaxed, we'll guide you through an energy meditation to center your thoughts and boost your mindfulness.

Deep Breathing: Next we will lie down and enjoy a guided deep breathing session. This part is all about connecting the mind and body.

Tea Ceremony: We’ll wrap up with a short tea ceremony. Sipping tea mindfully will help you savor the calmness and carry it with you for the rest of the day.

Come join us for a friendly, holistic experience that will leave you feeling balanced and deeply relaxed. Whether you're looking to unwind, stretch, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment, this class is perfect for you.

Small fee to help cover space and materials. Bring yoga mat (message if you don't have one and we can bring an extra).

DIRECTIONS: Parking is on the North side of the suites. Suite 119 is where the studio is that we will be in.
