Healing Hike - Fresh air does the mind and body good

Start the new month off on the right foot, then left, then right.
I am keeping the location at the Town Forest for now. We can discuss what people would like to do as far as future locations. There are many trails in Vassalboro to chose from. There is also a Vassalboro Trails Facebook group. You should join!

I know many of us are disappointed. I sure am. Now it is so important to not suffer alone. Time with nature is healing. I look forward to seeing you there. If you are celebrating the recent election, this is not the hike for you.

The Town forest is adjacent to the Public Works garage located at 884 Bog Road, Vassalboro. The parking lot fills up but there is parking along the street. Please do not park in front of the gate.
