On December 21, 2024, Lara Rosenberg and special guests invite you to celebrate the longest night of the year at Scottsdale Sound Sanctuary.
This Winter Solstice Embody + Empower Firewalk Experience is a powerful evening of renewal, connecting us to ancient fire rituals and our own limitless potential. Fire has long been celebrated for its ability to transform, purify, and illuminate. Together, we’ll honor this tradition and welcome the return of the light.


What you’ll experience:
- Ancient fire ceremonies to release old patterns

- Intentions set for the new season
- Meditation, movement, and firewalking to awaken inner strength
- A sacred space to break free from self-limiting beliefs
Lara, an experienced empowerment guide and Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor, will lead this evening with compassion and wisdom. Open to all ages, gender expressions, and backgrounds – come as you are!
