#### COLORADO BISTRO CUISINE

The Victorian-style Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder tradition since 1898. It was built in 1898 in 40 days for $11,000 and seated 400 people. Its first manager was Oliver T. Jackson, a local Black entrepreneur who founded the African American community of Dearfield, Colorado in 1910. Open year-round, the Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines to complement your meal.
Monday – Sunday: 8 AM – 9 PM ***For Reservations 303-440-3776***
The Dining Hall accepts Reservations for all hours of operation during the week, **EXCEPT** for our *Saturday and Sunday Brunch Service* from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This Brunch Service on Saturday and Sunday is served on a first-come/first-serve basis in an attempt to accommodate as many guests as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

There are no reservations available here so first come first serve. We kindly request that attendees who arrive first request a table or put us on the waiting list. Anyone can check the RSVP numbers on the Meetup app to let the restaurant host know how many we expect.
