What we’re about
Happy Healthy Hikers is a smaller club of very active members of varying ages. Previously known as Richmond Learn to Run, our members are interested in living a happy and healthy lifestyle and connecting oneself with nature and other like-minded people.
Our primary activities are short local hikes on nearby forested trails within 60-90 minutes from Richmond Hill. We practice Forest Bathing and Sun Salutations.
Hiking and Forest Bathing is our primary activity, but we also have active participation in local road races, trail running, skating, backpacking, camping, cycling, and fitness events (boot camp and yoga).
New members, (must have Photo of themself) have often commented on how welcome they felt when coming out for first events. New members are encouraged and supported to create and strive towards their fitness goals.
This is a non-judgmental group that is focused on increasing positive energy, abundance, love and respect for us and our community.
The focus is on quiet HIKING and fitness.
Any personal views, perspectives and marketing/self promotion should remain private.
