What is Toastmasters International? It’s an educational organization that operates clubs worldwide for the purpose of promoting leadership and public speaking skills. Cheonan Toastmasters is the only chartered (#6051735) local club. We have been meeting in the Shinsegae area since 2017. It is an open group; all are invited to come and join as guests, participate in meetings and maybe even take the plunge and become full members!
